Greetings from HHGA.Our next HHGA Membership Meeting will be held on June 5th, 2024 (Wednesday) at St Thomas’ Episcopal School (STES), 4900 Jackwood St, Houston, TX 77096.
- The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. in their Reserved Board Room.
- The parking area is situated across from the STES lobby entrance, accessible via Jackwood or Endicott Street
- Check-in via the STES lobby at their Reception Desk. A photo ID is required.
The meeting Agenda will include:
- Reports from the Officers and Committee Chairpersons
- Draft Report from the Nominating Committee for elections at our Annual General Membership Meeting on Wed, July 10th. (Nominations must be finalized prior to June 25th)
- Plans and strategies for our upcoming Games Day events on October 12th, 2024.
- Discussion of recent May events:
- Apr 6th-May 27th – Scarborough Renaissance Festival
- May 3rd-4th – Decatur Celtic Festival
