We will meet at SaltGrass Steak House-Meyerland, on July 11th, 2018 from 6:30-8:30.  We will be in their private room and a limited menu will be available.  The board meeting will start at 6:30 P.M., with the Annual Membership Meeting beginning at 7:00 P.M.

You will be able to nominate from the floor during the annual meeting, with prior approval from the person you are nominating.  You must be a member 24 hours prior to the meeting.  Here are a list of the positions that are up for election:

• President
• Vice President of Competitive Events
• Recording Secretary
• Director-at-Large Position #2
• Director-at-Large Position #3

To be eligible to vote, you must have paid your membership dues 24 hours before the meeting (July 10th, at 6:30 P.M.)
