Greetings from the Houston Highland Games Association! This month we are marching in Houston’s 60th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade, we have a membership meeting on March 20th, and, we are still accepting entertainers, clans, and athletic participants for our Houston Highland Games on April 13th!

St. Patrick’s Day Parade
We are a walking group in the 60th Annual Houston St. Patrick’s Day Parade this coming Saturday, March 16th, 2019. We are in Section B, entry # 37. Please line up on Franklin between Congress and Bagby on the South side of the street by 10:30 am. Wear your Scottish pride with tartans, kilts, sashes, and tams! We look forward to seeing you there! Another March Membership Meeting
As our Highland Games loom closer, we are having another membership meeting next week on Wednesday, March 20, 2019, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm at the Spaghetti Western 2. The address is 1951 W TC Jester Blvd, Houston, TX 77008. In order to cast your votes, please make sure your membership is up to date. Call for Entertainers
We have a nice line up for entertainment for the Houston Highland Games this year, however, we still have room for a few more performances or demonstrations. The Houston Highland Games Association will be participating in the Kemah Boardwalk Celtic Festival on March 30th & 31st, and we are looking for volunteers for our booth those two days. If you are interested in participating, please e-mail Jean Pirtle at jeanpirtle1949@gmail.com

The Houston Highland Games will be Saturday, April 13, 2019, at Crown Festival Park in Sugar Land, Texas. This one day event will include athletics, clans, and vendors.
