1)At our recent July Membership meeting, we elected officers for 2019-2021. The results are as follows:

VP site coordination 2019-2021 – Ron Ammons
VP Ways & Means 2019-2021 – Robin McLeod Ingram
Membership Secretary 2019-2021 – Jeanette McBee-Douglass
Treasurer 2019-2021 – Michelle Belanger
Director-at-large, Position #1 2019-2021 – Max Triola

2) Our August Membership Meeting will take place on Wednesday, August 7, 2019, at Lyndon’s Pit BBQ located at: 5320 Hollister St, Houston, TX 77040

Please note that because Lyndon’s closes at 8:00 pm, we have moved up the meeting time. We will gather and start eating at 6:00 pm and our meeting will start promptly at 6:30 pm.

3) Rescheduled Houston Highland Games
The 2019 Houston Highland Games have been rescheduled for Saturday, September 21st, 2019, at the Humble Civic Center & Arena Complex located at: 8233 Will Clayton Pkwy, Humble, Texas 77338. Come enjoy a one day Highland Games event with athletic competitions, clan tents, and vendors. Entertainment schedule TBD.
