HHGA Annual General Membership Meeting and Elections will be held on Wednesday, July 14th, 2021, at Lyndon’s Pit Bar-B-Q, 5320 Hollister St, Houston, TX 77040.

The meeting will start promptly at 7 pm. If you plan on eating, please go through the ordering line to get food prior to the 7 pm start time. Table service is not available.

Our nomination committee has received confirmation that each of the current 2019-2021 board position holders has agreed to stand for re-election.  However, additional nominations can be made from the floor at the meeting with prior approval from the respective nominee. To vote in the election, you must be a current HHGA member for at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of the meeting. There is no proxy or absentee voting.
