Reminder… (First Wednesday)… Our June Membership Meeting will be held on June 1st, 2022, at La Madeleine Restaurant on 290 in their private meeting room.  The meeting will begin at 6:30 pm. The address is 19710 Northwest Freeway (near the crossing of FM 1960).

Business Meeting will be brief, followed by a “5-year Strategic Planning Meeting” hosted by Ron Ammons. Key items will include the following:

• Status of accounts (Bank & PayPal)
• Status of membership, including 3 new/renewed for May
• Status of Nominating Committee (Draft Report due June 1st – Final Report due June 27th) to fill the following Board positions:

Recording Secretary

Director-at-Large Position #2

Director-at-Large Position #3

• Volunteers for upcoming Meet & Greet opportunities
• 2023 Games – 2nd weekend of October
• 5-year Strategic Planning – open discussion, volunteer opportunities to support key committees, etc
